Your machine sits.

What you’d earn
A $1,000 week, split

Example only, not a guarantee of income or bookings. It shows the base rental before any maintenance charged under your agreement. Your actual rates and split are written into your consignment agreement before your machine goes out.
Insurance and damage protection
No written coverage, no rental
Your machine doesn’t go on rent until you’ve seen, in writing, how each of these is handled. Bring the answers to your own insurer too, so you know what your policy should keep.
On rent to a third party
Does the policy cover your machine while someone else is operating it under a rental?
Theft
What’s covered if the machine or its attachments are stolen, and what’s the limit?
Damage
What’s the deductible, who pays it, and how fast does a repair get approved?
Liability
Who’s covered, and for how much, if someone gets hurt or property gets damaged?
Transportation
What applies while the machine is on a trailer, including the renter’s?
GPS tracking and timestamped photos help find a machine and show what happened to it. They aren’t insurance, and we don’t treat them as a substitute.
The fine print, up front
How the money and the risk work
Handing over a machine worth tens of thousands of dollars is a big decision. Here’s exactly how it works.
How you get paid
You receive a set percentage of the base rental revenue your machine earns. The percentage is written into your consignment agreement before anything goes out. Payouts are monthly, with a statement listing every rental, the hours used, and any service performed.
What we keep
Our share of the rental covers marketing, renter screening, booking, and running the business. Handoffs happen at a pickup zone, so strangers never come to your property.
Who pays for upkeep
Cleaning, greasing, and fluid top-offs between rentals are on us. Scheduled maintenance and normal wear items (filters, teeth, tracks over time) are handled as your agreement spells out, and you approve anything major before it’s done.
If something gets damaged
Every rental starts and ends with a timestamped photo set and an hour reading. Renters sign an agreement that makes them responsible for damage beyond normal wear, backed by a deposit. Your agreement lays out exactly how a claim works and how fast repairs get made.
Getting your machine back
You keep ownership the whole time. Need it for your own job, or want out? Give the notice set in your agreement, and once any active rental ends, it’s yours.
Want the specifics for your machine? Send us the details and we’ll walk you through the agreement.

What renters see
Once your machine passes inspection and your agreement is signed, it gets its own page with real photos of your machine and everything a renter needs to decide: make, model, year, hours, rates, attachments, pickup zone, and transport weight.
